My first "Know the Name" post goes to Jane Birkin....because she is undeniably beautiful! Probably my favorite 1960s style icons, for she embodies classic English and effortless French fashion simultaneously. The English born French actress, singer and model is the inspiration behind the "Birkin bag", one of Hermes most famous and costly handbags.
